New items may be returned with 5 business days, if defective or not working properly. Please contact us immediately with concerns or problems.

Pre-owned/Used items not working properly must be returned within 3 business days of receipt. Please contact us with concerns or problems within 3 business days to receive an RGA Number.

A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #) will be required for all returns. Any items returned without an RGA number may be returned to you. Returned Items may be subject to 10% re-stocking fee.
